Risk Inspection

Risk Management is the process of identifying, assessing, and controlling threats to an entity. This threat or risks could stem from a wide range of sources including financial uncertainty, legal liabilities, strategic management errors, accidents, and natural disasters.

We conduct Risk Inspections to prepare the risk profile of the Insured and work out PML (Probable Maximum Loss) to help Insurers/underwriters to understand the customer, correct pricing, proper coverages, detailing proper warranties and exclusion, and suggesting risk improvement/loss mitigation measures.

Property (Material Damage)

To value, validate and account for damaged/destroyed assets, to extract the required information, classify it appropriately, re-create records and advise the Insurer/Insured.

Project Risk Inspection

We evaluate project deliverables, timeline, and costs. Our domain expert scrutinizes the insured’s systems to ascertain how the loss has impacted the project, and how to track the true additional costs of external contractors and internal resources.
